Jennifer Leoiki-Drino
Dyslexia & 2e Consultant
Advocacy, Coaching & Systems Insight

Jennifer is a Dyslexia and Twice-Exceptional (2e) Consultant specializing in strength-based advocacy, coaching, and educational strategy for neurodiverse learners and their families.
With both lived experience and advanced professional training in cognitive diversity, she works at the intersection of identity, educational systems, and the thoughtful development of each learner’s strengths and interests. Jennifer is currently completing her Master’s in Cognitive Diversity at Elmbridge Graduate School, formerly Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, a program recognized for its leadership in strength-based approaches to twice-exceptional learners.
She serves as a Board Member of the Hawaiʻi International Dyslexia Association and previously served as Public Awareness Chair. She has also served on the Hawaiʻi Department of Education Special Education Advisory Council. Her work integrates coaching, advocacy strategy, and systems thinking to help families move beyond deficit narratives and build aligned, sustainable pathways forward.
Jennifer’s approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in the belief that strengths are not rare traits reserved for a few, but capacities that can be identified, engaged, and developed in every child.
When a child is truly seen, everything shifts.
Vision and Mission
Vision
A future where children are no longer defined by struggle, but engaged through their strengths and gifts, and supported in ways that begin with what they can do.
Mission
I help families shift how they see and support their dyslexic child, beginning with strengths and building from there, so their child can feel capable, understood, and confident in who they are.
